This NSW based client was looking forward to his retirement in the Gold Coast beachside suburbs offering the relaxed , laid back lifestyle he was seeking.
He had been searching himself for some time and had been unable to find or missed out on a properties because of his logistical situation. He expressed his frustration to his friend who was also a finance broker and was knowledgable of the services and assistance that we could offer him.
So after an intro and skype interview he felt assured enough to engage our services. Even though his property brief was a tough one we still felt that it was very achieveble so we set about the search with great enthusiasm for the challenge ahead.
After 10 weeks we hit our eureka moment.
A unit that we had been closely watching and monitoring finally had the price reduction that we knew had to come sooner or later.
We had already inspected the unit so were satisfied that it alligned with all the clients criteria but just had to wiat for the right moment to pounce as we felt it was to highly priced.
Fast forward a week and after a flying visist to the G-Coast from NSW the client gave us his approval to commence with the negotiations. We knew we still had a task on our hands as the advertised price was still a little top heavy but we felt with some strong conditions we were confident we can work on a result for the client.
EUREKA- within two days we secured the unit at the price we were very much in favor of and the client was finally able to look forward to his retirement.
