After a number of suitable properties presented to the client did not quite satisfy all of their emotional criteria we presented this property from our shortlist. The client mentioned that they had prevously attempted to negotiate on this property but could not communicate effectively with the selling agent.

We soon determined that it was top of their list and we established a plan to secure it.

 Located on the 9th floor of the Pinnacle building the views of the CBD, River & Mountain were awe inspiring.
