This client had used our buying services previously so when time came to find his marital home we were called in to assist him and new wife.

With a very tight brief from the client we got to work canvassing our database of local agents and within 3 weeks of engagement we were introduced to this property on an agents VIP only PRE- MARKET open house.

As soon as we walked our clients through it we were asked to secure it as soon as possible. Within two days we had taken it off the market, with some minor conditions inserted into the contract to protect our client and at what we believed a good price for this suburb.
