These clients were struggling to search and satisfy from Canberra so reached out to us to assist them with the full search process to find them their ideal home.

After a detailed brief and a flying visit to Brisbane for a face to face coffee and chat we set about the search for them.

At the end of a 3 week search period and two properties found not suitable after inspections we hit the jackpot for them.

This QLD`r style semi renovated timber home had been raised to legal height and the living areas had been modernised a little but still left room for our client to stamp their own personality into it.

Consisting of 2 bedrooms + study, a good size bathroom and a large modern kitchen with acess to a deck at the rear. The under side of the house was sufficent to park two cars in tandem and still have room for storage/laundry and further additional rooms when ready.

The property was also located right opposite a park so was perfect for the dogs to play in and the weekdn picnics with friends.

We were also able to secure the property just under their budget and with a short settlement condition allowed them to relcoate as soon as they packed their clothes into their suitcases.
